Financial Aid

• New families: Click “Create Account”
• Returning families: Log in using your existing credentials
• Review and confirm all pre-filled information before continuing

You must complete all sections of the application:

• Household Information (all parents/guardians and dependents)
• School Selection
• Income & Expenses (all household income must be reported)
• Assets & Debts
• Special Circumstances (if applicable)

Important Requirements Within This Step

• You must search for and select SAI Academy
  • If SAI Academy is not selected, your application will not be received or reviewed
• You must assign your student to SAI Academy and select the correct grade level
  • If this is not completed, your application will not process correctly
• You must enter your expected tuition amount
  • Use your contract amount or estimate if a contract has not yet been generated.
• You must report all household income, including that of a spouse
  • This is required even if the spouse is not legally responsible for the student
• All information must be accurate and complete

• Upload all required documents directly to the Blackbaud portal
• Each document must be uploaded individually under the correct category

Critical Requirement

Your application is not complete until all documents show as “Documents Received.” If documents are uploaded incorrectly or are missing, your application will not be reviewed.

• Application Fee: $55 (non-refundable)
• Your application is not complete until it is submitted and paid

Do Not Submit Early

Once submitted:

• Your application cannot be edited
• Any corrections must go through Blackbaud support

Do not submit until all sections and documents are complete

Your application will only be reviewed when all of the following are done:

• Application is fully completed
• SAI Academy is selected
• The student is assigned correctly to the grade level
• All documents show “Documents Received”
• The application is submitted and paid

If any of the above steps are missing, your application will not be eligible for consideration.

This is a detailed application and will take time.

• Have your most recent tax documents available before starting

If final documents are not available, you may use estimates where required

SAI Academy will not be able to review or confirm applications until all materials are complete in the Blackbaud system.

Blackbaud does not determine financial aid awards. All decisions are made by SAI Academy on a first-come, first-served basis and are based on submitted documentation and available funding.
